She earned a BA, magna cum laude, from Pomona College, with honours in the fields of French and German. Mrs McFadden has practised US immigration and nationality law since 1993, representing corporate and individual clients on a broad range of temporary and permanent visa issues, and continued her practice in the field after moving to London in 1998. She has published and lectured widely on a variety of topics in the fields of immigration and of US employment law and has been named to the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers.
