SUSAN WILLIS McFADDEN graduated from Stanford Law School and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1981. She earned a BA, magna cum laude, from Pomona College, with honours in the fields of French and German. In 2017 she earned an MA in Turkish Studies, with distinction, from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of the University of London.  Mrs McFadden has practised US immigration and nationality law since 1993, representing corporate and individual clients on a broad range of temporary and permanent visa issues, and continued her practice in the field after moving to London in 1998. She has published and lectured widely on a variety of topics in the fields of immigration and of US employment law and has been for many years named to the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers. Mrs McFadden is a member of The Law Society of England & Wales (although she practises as a US lawyer, not as a solicitor) and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
