SUSAN WILLIS McFADDEN graduated from Stanford Law School and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1981. She earned a BA, magna cum laude, from Pomona College, with honours in the fields of French and German. Mrs McFadden has practised US immigration and nationality law since 1993, representing corporate and individual clients on a broad range of temporary and permanent visa issues, and continued her practice in the field after moving to London in 1998. She has published and lectured widely on a variety of topics in the fields of immigration and of US employment law and has been named to the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers. Mrs McFadden is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, The Law Society of England & Wales (although she is not currently practising as a solicitor), British-German Jurists' Association and the British-Turkish Lawyers Association. |

ALISON
HUMPHRIES began her career in US immigration law in 1999. She serves as the firm's paralegal and visa coordinator and as our business manager as well. Miss Humphries schedules nonimmigrant visa appointments for clients at the US Embassy, London and assists clients with the preparation of their visa application forms. She ensures that visa applications are processed efficiently and the firm runs smoothly. |

KAREN MacKINNON graduated summa cum laude in 2007 from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota with a BA in History. She works closely with other members of staff to prepare visa petitions and applications, liaise with clients, and otherwise assist in the smooth and efficient administration of the firm.
